Albums
Wedding proofs are presented in a simulated leather album with acid free display pages. A coffee table album is included with Level D and is available at an additional cost with Levels A, B or C. Our finished albums are leather unless otherwise requested. We do offer a $100 discount to our animal-friendly customers who prefer simulated leather.
Assistant Photographer
Because you deserve the best possible coverage on your wedding, you might want to consider having us provide an assistant photographer. The assistant photographer takes a limited number of photographs to supplement coverage in some areas that might otherwise be missed. If you’d prefer the in-depth coverage that having a second, we can make the necessary arrangements for an additional fee.
Black & White and Sepia Prints
A few black and white or sepia photos are often included with your wedding proofs. We will only photograph your entire wedding in black & white with your written request. You can have some or all of your reprints done in black & white or in sepia. There are no additional charges associated with printing in black & white or sepia.
CDROM [or DVD]
A CD (or DVD) containing your wedding images is included with all levels of coverage. This is similar to receiving a copy of your negatives. They are high resolution images and are not copyrighted or "watermarked".
Cancellations & Postponements
Cancellation notices must be in writing. If you cancel the wedding less than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, you will forfeit 75% of the cost of your purchase agreement. You must give us written notice of a postponement as far in advance as possible.
We will make every effort possible to accommodate you if you reschedule your wedding but we cannot guarantee availability. If we are able to accommodate you, your original deposit will apply to the new event date.
Ceremony Coverage
Great care is exercised not to interfere with any aspect of your wedding. Available light is used whenever possible to photograph the ceremony. At your request, photos of a staged re-enactment of the wedding ceremony can be taken.
Copyright & Usage
Customers who purchase a CD or DVD of their image files will have the right to make and use copies of the images for their own use on electronic mail, web pages, and the like. Customers will not authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use.
Torre Photography and will retain shared copyright in all images created and will have the right to make reproductions for Torre Photography's portfolio, samples, or self-promotions or for professional competition and review.

Coverage Time
Coverage is based on consecutive hours and begins at the first location that you choose. Coverage time does not suspend due to large gaps in your wedding day scheduling. We understand that there can be some instances where there might be a delay in time between the end of your ceremony and the start of your reception. We are open to discussing possible coverage options and scenarios with you.
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. You may also use PayPal to pay for your photos via American Express.
Date Reservation
We can only hold a date for you with a contract and a deposit.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary due to seasonal influences that place greater demands on labs. Proofs are usually ready about 4 weeks from the date of the wedding. Final albums are usually ready around 8 weeks from the time you submit your order. A La Carte reprints are generally completed in about 2-3 weeks. We cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by unusual circumstances or by circumstances beyond our control.
Digital Imaging
High resolution digital cameras are combined with professional flash equipment to capture your wedding day images. Backup equipment is always brought to the event site to assure continuation of coverage in the event of an equipment failure.
Coffee Table Albums
A coffee table style album is included with Level D. You may upgrade to a coffee table album from any level. You may also choose a standard album with Level D and receive a credit.
Guests Taking Photographs
Guests are encouraged to take photographs as long as their actions do not interfere with ours and they respect our role as your professionally hired photographer.
Image Life
Major improvements and technological advances in photographic processes have added longevity and stability to printed images. No one can guarantee that your photographs will never fade or discolor. With proper handling and storage away from heat, humidity and intense direct sunlight, your photographs should last a lifetime. Our photos are printed by a professional photography lab on professional paper.
Late Fees
We do not charge late fees. However, we do expect you to give us your selections for your finished album within 120 days proof delivery. In the event that it takes you longer than 120 days, the then prevailing prices will apply to your order. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Liability
Every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs an event. Torre Photography's liability to the customer for any claim or loss arising from Torre Photography's performance is limited to a refund to the customer of the amount paid for services.
Because a wedding and other similar events such as a Bar & Bat Mitzvah is an uncontrolled event, we cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested images. In the unlikely event that serious personal illness some serious other circumstance prevents Torre Photography from photographing an event, the customer will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Mixing Print Sizes
We encourage our customers to combine different sized prints in their finished album for visual variety. Please don't hesitate to ask us for guidance and suggestions in designing your final album.
Multiple Locations
We’ll provide coverage at multiple locations on the wedding day. However, coverage is based on consecutive hours and begins at the first location that you choose. Coverage time does not suspend due to large gaps in your wedding day scheduling.

Overtime
Overtime is available. Please refer to our wedding prices for rate information.
Payments
An initial deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of contract. A total of 75% of your contracted services must be paid 30 days prior to the wedding day. The remaining balance of 25% is due by your wedding day. Many of our customers contract with us a year before their wedding date and optionally choose to make periodic payments.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds will result in a $20.00 service charge.
References
Following an in-person consultation, we will gladly provide you with a list of references upon request. We don't publish the references as we respect the privacy of our former clients.
Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner Coverage
We can photograph your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Please refer to our wedding prices for rate information.
Retouching
Retouching is not included in the cost of wedding or other social event services. The term retouch shall include image alterations and enhancements, blemish removal and custom color matching.
Basic image cropping and image composition are included in the cost of all services. Due to the many variables involved in the photographic process, special poses or special effects cannot be guaranteed.
Rush Service
Rush Service is available. Please feel free to inquire about costs and limitations.
Storage
We will maintain an archive of your event or portrait image files on our computer system for up to one year following your wedding date. Orders should be finalized within that time period to assure availability of the files on our system.
Two Photographers
In order to provide the depth of coverage you deserve, we suggest that you consider having two of us cover your event. This is particularly true if you expect the number of guests to exceed more than 200 guests. We do suggest that you make this decision as far in advance as possible to assure the likelihood of our being able to provide double coverage.
Unlimited Images
We don’t limit the number of photos we take at a wedding or other event. We also don’t take a lot of random, meaningless photographs just to increase the total number of photos you’ll receive. The number of photographs taken is often influenced by a number of factors, many of which we have no control over. You can reasonably expect to receive a minimum of 400 proofs of your wedding although the number usually exceeds that for weddings and events lasting over six hours.
